Ascension Transform challenge inspires people to change their lifestyle by adopting good nutrition and consistent training. The Ascension Transform challenge is a 12 weeks challenge which give an opportunity to make life-altering changes along with the support of the team ascension. A dedicated Facebook closed group where you can share your experiences and get motivated.

Over the course of the 12 weeks there will be Ascension guest trainers and nutritionists offering valuable advice and motivation to keep you on track, along with spot prizes and giveaways.

Team Ascension will give a free profile on the Ascension website, where you can upload your progress pictures and share them. Weekly emails will keep you motivated and up-to-date.

Whether the goal is reliving stress, improving endurance, fat loss, muscle gain, sports specific training, etc. having a deadline to achieve it is essential. Ascension Transform provides the motivation and support to achieve goals with proper training and nutrition advice for setting and achieving goals."

"There are numerous training splits available. The training split in accordance to goals is essential. Training splits should be multidimensional and focused towards multiple components of achieving total fitness; Strength, endurance, flexibility, body composition. Ascension team has qualified trainers and sponsored atheletes that provide training splits throughout the Ascension transform challenge."

"The body to function and grow optimally requires nutrients. Nutrients are the substances in the food consumed that give energy to the body to function and grow. Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats are micronutrients required in large quantities per day. Vitamins and minerals are micronutrients required in small quantities per day. Ascension Fitness has certified nutritionist that advise on day to day nutrition and provide support throughout the 12 weeks challenge period."
